Batik is a characteristic of Indonesian clothing, the types of batik are diverse, one of which is the typical Pandeglang batik or known as cikadu batik. The motifs on this batik are related to mathematical material. Therefore, mentoring is needed for mathematics students at STKIP Syekh Manshur to optimize the ability of mathematics education students to know what mathematical material is in the cikadu batik pattern. The purpose of this community service is to optimize the ability of mathematics education students at STKIP Syekh Manshur to know what material is in the cikadu batik pattern. The community service partners in this PKM are Pandeglang batik artisans in the Cikadu area of ??Tanjung Lesung, Pandeglang Regency, Banten Province. The implementation method in this service is mentoring. The results of this community service are that mathematics education students of STKIP Syekh Manshur after observing, studying, and analyzing the image motifs on cikadu batik at typical Pandeglang batik craftsmen, they gained knowledge that in the cikadu batik image motifs found there are mathematical materials, namely flat shape material, line material, transformation geometry material, congruence, similarity and pattern material. After knowing the relationship between typical Pandeglang batik and mathematical material, then mathematics education students tried to make batik with the theme of mathematical material that had been found in typical Pandeglang batik image motifs. The result is that they can make batik image patterns related to mathematical material in small sizes (small handkerchiefs).
